45 minutes of cardio, followed by a 90 minute full-body weight session.

I'm still on the grind, however I'm taking an unwanted 4 day break, coming back on Friday.

I've been consistently adding weight to the bar. my dead lift recently went up 20 lbs for reps which feels good...took me a few months to get it there.

this lifting business never becomes easier.

in case anyone cares, I squat 2x week, dead lift 2x week and bench 2x week, working around compounds and some accessory work

    inb4 rat says over training..lol

werd...it's crazy how the nervous system adapts to dead lifts if you are doing them consistently...not that I'm anybody but I see people way bigger than me deading way less weight

I saw this cat on youtube who is 170 deadlift 600 lbs ...spinal erectors of peace

been a week since coming off creatine and all my lifts have went down, can't do as many reps....to me creatine only puts you ahead 3 months.

and I still KNOW it's bad for you....

inb4 rat saying this or that

think about this, when you use narcotics your body stops producing dopamine because your getting it from the drug in high doses...it messes up your natural state..when you come off the dope you are in a very low state becuase you don't have that chemical balance and your body is not producing...it will have to recover.

when you take testosterone supps your body stops making it's own , messing up it's natural state

when you take creatine your body stops producing it's normal levels of ATP, and when you come off it throws off it's natural state...plus a plethora of other unnatural functions, like drawing water out your organs and drowning your muscles in it.

the creatine supplement alone is a 13 million dollar industry just in the US alone....of course it's "safe" when the god of money is to be made.

    hollar at your boy.

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most tested performance supplements on the market, and I have seen no evidence of it causing harm.

We all have our understandings, comfort levels and insights. Though because you have not seen or read anything contrary does not change much.

All creatine is natural, supplementing it in high levels is contrary to nature.

Ask the market otherwise and it will deceive you. Such a conflicting interest with the almighty dollar in the minds of the people.

Full body workout. The gym was surprisingly not busy at all today, which was nice. I thought it would be packed on a Saturday afternoon.

you know the human voice can set up resonance that breaks glass

If that resonance can destroy coherence

    It can also create coherence

Went to the gym today but wasnt really feelin in. I walked on the treadmill for like half an hour and then left. Recently my body has been feeling really sore even when im not working out. My calves always feel like they have knots in them. Idk if its because i have been working out so inconsistently the past year and have been extremely lazy. Maybe my diet is a factor. fuck meh D:

btw caught the girl next to me taking a selfie on the treadmill. She didnt even bother to turn the camera sound off.
