Who goes to the gym anymore? Fucking pussies.

Jay Kay I need to get back to the gym. I've been like 5 times the past 6 months. I've literally eaten nothing but fast food/ take out for the past 3 months.

I like reading articles where someone doesn't go to the gym, they just do resistant training at home with their own body mass and come out looking much better than the average gym junkie.

Is that why you're always in your undies? To show off your sexy buns?

I'm always impressed with people like this...which years ago I was exactly like this...exercising for no less than an hour a day...all types of exercises hitting everything I could think of but doing it solely at home. Yeah...years ago but still... I know personally that takes dedication and will power.

All that being said, I think going to the gym helps a person stay focused and is super good for keeping in a regular routine that includes exercise/taking care of oneself.

Really, thinking and reading about this makes me want to get back into regular exercise. It could help me work out some aggression and irritation with life in general. :)

Yep, I agree. If I'm angry or upset I know a good jog can calm me down. Exercise is a good mood stabilizer for sure.

Two weeks into my cut and my lifts are beginning to suffer a bit. I did heavy bench tonight and wanted to pull off 5x5, but was only able to do 6x4. I still pulled off around the same total number of reps, just with fewer reps per set and an extra set. I was able to pull off my rows and shoulder press without any problem.

I went for a run today. I ran non-stop for the first 15 minutes, then rotated between brisk walking and running for the last 15. On my way home, there was a heart shaped cloud in the sky.
