How do you like it? If you have to have a forum crush, I highly recommend him. Anyways, I've noticed recently that all super hot girls are into boxing. I have to look into it more.
Re: Hot Yoga - I loved it. My girlfriend, who treated me to the class, didn't tell me that everyone in attendance would be in formal, high end yoga clothes, though. I asked her a few days prior "is it appropriate if I just wear my bikini?" and she said that would be fine, that surely other women would be in their bikinis. Well, as it turned out, I was the only person sporting a bikini! It was pretty funny. Re: Undies - I concur. Undies and I chat often on facebook messenger. The conversation just flows so nicely with him.
I'm intrigued by this hot yoga thing. Can you perhaps post a vid, I'm so curious what it exactly entails!
Hot yoga is basically regular yoga in a room with the heat cranked way up, so sweat a lot. I have a girlfriend who went to hot yoga to get in shape for her wedding. She went three times a week, and didn't change her eating and drinking habits at all. She ended up losing 17 pounds.
I had a 60 minute, full body workout, followed by 30 minutes of cardio. I probably went a bit harder than I should have, considering I haven't lifted in about 6 weeks, but I did start light and add weight accordingly.
Stair flights Mid section And I also unloaded a shipping container full of beer with a pallet Jack. Approx 15-20min high intensity training.
Body weight workout, with some light weights incorporated. Followed with 35 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. I'm not the biggest fan of the elliptical, but my girlfriend is, and I wanted to chat with her so I gave it a shot today. I ended up working up one hell of a sweat with the thing on a high resistance setting, so maybe that particular machine isn't as useless as I once thought...
Stairs x10 I'm getting a little bit frustrated at the moment. I'm eating better and I want to get my mid section back to how it was 3 months ago but it's like I've put on the 3kg and I cannot lose that 3kg. I can maintain it doing everything I am now, but even when I have a good week of food and I'm basically starving and need energy the scales aren't dropping. I think it's the fizzy drinks and beer. =\
You don't know how much of it is just water weight either. If you're eating more you're generally going to be holding more water and your glycogen stores will be fuller. You can fit anything into your diet, including "fizzy drinks" and beer, and still lose weight if you're eating at a caloric deficit. Diet-wise, one of the first things you're going to want to address is your protein intake if your goal is to maximize fat loss and maintain lean body mass. Protein is satiating, and it promotes a good body composition. Once you set your protein requirements, you can pretty much have your remaining calories be whatever you want, as long as you're eating below maintenance. I would personally recommend a diet that's at least 80-90% real, whole food, keeping the junk to a minimum.
Thank you. Yes I remember getting my desired body without drastically changing my diet too much and that included beers and fizzy. I admit my workout routine isn't as vigorous as it was... I'm only doing my mid section at the moment 2-3 times a week as opposed to 4-5. I try and go 5 days straight so I get Saturday or Sunday off. Now that I'm much more socially active in my billiards and pool competitions, I've noticed since these are all practiced in pubs and bars, my drinking has definitely increased, well not increased... But I'm not getting the time I used to to come home and work on myself. And unfortunately getting home a bit tipsy doesn't make me want to cook, so I try buy healthier take away but I know it's not much better. It's just an annoying weight fluctuation. Can be up to 3lbs either way per day. And question: is water weight physically visa like? Because I feel like I look bloated a bit more.
