I was listening to the Great Flat Earth Debate between two guests on the old Art Bell Radio show coast to coast am, and the guest advocating the flat earth side kept repeating the phrase “It’s all about the laws of perspective” So if a ship at sea disappears over the horizon, it’s all about the laws of perspective ..lol..
There's still gravity though in flat earth isn't there? So the ship just... Start floating on the side and then it gets stuck on the underneath and it's passengers then get to hang out with the reptialians. And that's the real reason why they don't want you to know the earth is flat cause of the reptialian aliens that have bases in the earth's crust.
Or australians Anyway, @hotwater about gravity and the ship disappearing over the horizon: what you're obviously observing is the gravitational pull of the moon on the water and a ship far enough away to be on the other side, and so behind that slightly risen body of water. I'm sorry you can't handle the truth :-D
I love that channel. Have you watched some of their other videos? Really interesting stuff. I haven't watched the video you posted yet tho. I can't take the whole flat earth thing seriously enough to even bother. I'm pretty sure they're just trolling us and even they don't believe the nonsense they're saying
turtles all the way down. but that's disc world. which is another universe. in ours "flat earth" was a propiganda conspiracy even before anyone had ever circumambulated the planet. its pure myth that everyone or even most people ever believed it was flat, or had an edge or a flip side. for most people it was just the surface they walked on, and didn't really give much thought beyond that or had any real reason to. they knew there was more of what they walked on beyond the horizon they could never reach (because it traveled with them), or the mountains and trees that hid it. but the nerdoshpere had long since calculated the spheroidalness of terra firma, even before 'religious' fanatacism (and its political motivatios) had brought empoverishment to europe by teaching people to hate logic.
