Nestle's Secret. Amazing chocolate bar. I still moan about how much I miss it but I'm yet to find anyone who knows what I'm talking about besides my sister. Discontinued in the 90s. Opal Fruits. Starburst are fucking shit. The new name is shit, the new flavours are shit. They were supposedly going to bring them back a few years ago as limited edition. I never saw this happen. Give me lemon, lime, strawberry and orange any day. PK Liquorice Chewing Gum. No chewing gum has EVER been the same. Walkers Pickled Onion. They appear on the Walkers website. They supposedly never stopped making them. Try finding a shop near me that sells them. Impossible. Cadbury's Roses Coffee Creams. Dickheads, why the hell have they discontinued the best one?! Boycott. Can I find a pic!? Nooo, I can not. Anyway, Roses suck.
Guinness Marmite. It was only LE. But bloody amazing! Citrus Sharp Polos. Love in a packet. Cool Bits. Or Coolbits. Cool Bitz?! Hmm. I think they were by Nestle. Can't find a picture or any recollection of them online at all. They came in a little packet and looked like sweets, but they were ice cream bits covered in gooey pastel colours in the shape of summery things- ice creams, sandals, hats etc. Wonka's Nerds. So damn good.
Remember those little Jelly domes with fruit in them? I hadn't seen one since I was five and got some in Hong Kong last summer. Holy shit they are so awesome!
the trick is finding a general store that doesn't get a lot of business but is still open... you'll find all types of discontinued candy on the shelves. i used to go to one as i was a kid bout a mile down the road... one of those dingy old stores run by a senile couple who were married civil war era, with a big vat of pickled eggs by the front door where you or anyone else could dunk your arm in up to your elbow and pull out a handful of slimy old eggs... i swear to god they had chocolates that celebrated the 1988 winter Olympics on the labels... probably a good thing that they aren't there anymore, but that store had a lot of character.
Just googled it! I had no idea. That said it does come in a shit load of flavours. Just not in this country Strawberry Fanta is good though. EDIT It's wiki and I never trust wiki. But anyway: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_availability_of_Fanta
Haha! I found a more reliable source. http://www.virtualvender.coca-cola.com/ft/index.jsp Unflavoured?! Isn't that just sparkling water? Herbal? Mandarin Orange Mint?!
If they use the same artificialness that they use here that they use in Strawberry Milk then that must be the most rank tasting thing ever. They all sound so good though! Have you ever heard of Jones Soda?
that looks JUST like a bag of Lays with the name photoshopped.. you can still get nerds, and captain crunch. you guys just talking about things you don't eat anymore? i remember that Orbit drink vaguely. the jelly balls freaked me out a little though
Chef Boyardee Chicken Ravioli... they discountinued it in the late 80s i believe.. shit was the bomb.. Beef Ravioli aint got shit on it
Lay's are Walkers in the UK. Same brand, different name. You did just remind me of how much I miss Limón Lay's. I need to get to the States to I can bring me back a load. Along with Hot Tamales, Jujubes and Flamin' Hot Cheetos. And Nerds! You can't get them in the UK anymore If you can then it's with difficulty and they're expensive because they've been imported.
