Anyway, guys and gal hear this loud and clear: the penis, like its sister the clitoris, was intended by evolution to be an INTERNAL organ, with all the accompanying moisture and protection. The 4skin evolved with about 30/40,000 nerve endings to provide a literal blanket of pleasure for the glans (the head's natural color is purple-ish.) With that skin to protect the entire 'structure,' the penis was able to join the twins outside the body, though they are internal organs also. Evolution is a wonderful system for keeping things simple and protected. Whether or not the skin pulls back during intercourse, masturbation, and cleaning means nothing to the resulting orgasm, which is enhanced by the 4skin either way. Cutted's lollypop wrapper theory is crazy. The skin provides both stimulation and protection during sex - far more than is available to a circumcised penis in any event. [I pulled mine back during a bath when I was seven to see what was under it and it has flowed back and forth ever since!) Obviously when an internal animal organ is exposed to the air and the chaff of clothing it will dry out and form protective layers of cells to protect itself. So not only have our circumcised brothers been mutilated by the excision of several tens of thousand nerve endings purposely placed there to enhance feeling, but year by year, they grow protection from pleasure in the form of hardened skin on the glans itself - thus further immunizing themselves from enjoyment. The fact of drying meat is impossible to deny, the fact of depriving a man of necessary nerve endings is impossible to deny. The attempted justifying circumcision by any other than religious (tribal) reasoning is inexcusable - especially in the 21st century. As with any other part of the body, there are necessary fixes. 4skin retraction is mothers' work with early bathing. If left to adulthood, it may be difficult. That still does not dampen a single bit of orgasm inducing pleasure, but may be fixed. As cutted says, "see a doctor." What to do about all circumcised men. Nothing! They are as they are and will never miss a thing since they have not known. Be they at least interested in the happier-ness of their sons, they won't mutilate their little penises. To encourage circumcision so that sons look like dads in the shower is horrible, passing along sins of the parents to their children. I personally do believe that any mutilation of a child's body is criminal! At least Muslims and tribal Africans wait until puberty to do the deed under the guise of 'manhood' ritual, being the subject's choice. Fastswitch =sNo, I still believe strongly that being circumcised is the best way to be for the modern man - it is cleaner, the sex is better, it looks better, and it is better for disease prevention. Mine is a "loose cut", and i still have 2/3 of my foreskin and can pull it all the way over the head when soft and 2/3 of the way over when erect. I can masturbate like an uncut guy. The women on my life have always preferred my "look" to an uncut one. And I believe that a foreskin that does not creep back over the head on the outthrust is better and more pleasurable sex for both parties. I recently pulled my foreskin over the head and peed that way. The pee sprayed in a lot of directions, and when i finished, the head was wet with urine. I don't have that problem being cut - all it needs is two or three shakes to get the last drops off. Regarding my supposedly "dried out", insensitive exposed glans, it still has a silky touch to it, and I have never had a problem with premature ejaculation, which I believe is a problem that many more uncut guys have than cut guys, since the covered glans can be overly sensitive when exposed inside the vagina. And for the 10-15% of uncut guys who cannot retract their foreskins, if they leave it that way all their lives they really have the "lollipop with the wrapper on". They need a foreskin loosening exercize, or a circumcision, to resolve the problem if they want a quality sex life. People alter their bodies all the time - tattooes, piercings, plastic surgery, tonsils and appendices removed, bleached hair, nail polish, rouge and lipstick, skin lightening and darkening, and circumcisions. Neonatal circumcision is done at that time because it is safer and easier than doing it in later life, when guys get invested in their penises, and may have an emotional problem with cutting something off it unless it is medically necessary. And the supposed "pain" is nothing compared to the pain of birth a few days earlier.

We lawyers have a saying that if the law supports your position, pound the law; if the facts support you, pound the facts, and if neither supports you, pound the table. You are pounding the table. Fact - parents have the legal right to make decisions in the interest of their children until they are old enough to make their own, and that includes deciding whether to circumcise or not, for religious, health, family tradition, or other reasons. Fact - some uncut guys have problems peeing unless they retract their foreskins. If you don't accept this, I will post a poll on this subject and see what happens. Fact - if a foreskin cannot retract, the sex is clearly worse. Regarding sex for regular cut and uncut guys, it is up to the women they are with to judge which is better. Perhaps another poll should be set up asking women who have had sex with a number of cut and uncut guys which is better, and why. The women I have been with who have also been with uncut guys have told me cut sex is better. Fact - smegma and other things build up under the foreskin, and unless cleaned regularly, can cause infection, and can smell badly. The New Zealand and African studies recently published prove conclusively that being uncut gives a 50% greater chance of getting or transmitting HIV and other STDs. And your statement re the number of HIV cases in the US proves nothing. Fact - whether one likes the cut or uncut look is a matter of personal choice. I happen to like my look, cut but with enough foreskin remaining so that I can use it if I want to, but it does not interfere with sex. Most uncut guys have to admit that when they have intercourse the foreskin sneaks back over the glans on the outthrust. Uncut guys say they love this feeling, but have they taken the time to ask their partners? I would judge that most of their partners would prefer the cut penis, where the coronal ridge of the glans comes in contact with the vaginal walls on the inthrust and the outthrust, stimulating both partners intensely. Regarding persons I advise, I always suggest that they get a doctor's opinion, and that they consider techniques that loosen the foreskin before they consider circumcision, unless they are committed to do it. But someone with a foreskin that will not retract, or which retracts only with difficulty (10-15% of uncut guys), must deal with the problem, under a doctor's care. Stop spewing emotional trash.

Tiny and insignificant? I suggest you do 2 minutes of research, and if you're circumcised, you can get an idea of what it'd feel like if you weren't by gently rubbing the ring where your foreskin used to be attached to your penis and then rubbing the normal skin around it. It's like night and day, and that's because the underside of the foreskin is loaded with erogenous tissue.

Stigmerica - the problem is that when a guy with a foreskin has unprotected sex with someone infected with HIV, after the erection subsides, the foreskin recovers the glans, and the moist, sensitive, airless area of the underside of the foreskin as it rests against the glans is hospitable to the entry of the HIV virus into the body. In a circumcised male, the whole area around the glans remains open to the air once the penis is withdrawn from the vagina and goes soft. The HIV virus does not like fresh air and quickly dies. No need to cut my remaining foreskin off. Sorry about that.
It is true that it is often hard to distinguish a cut from an uncut penis when it is erect, since the sleeve of the foreskin unfolds over the shaft. For cut guys, any remaining foreskin sits behind the glans, and stretches out along the shaft when erect. If the foreskin cannot retract over the glans, however, the look would be different.
