People who have sex with a minor should not only be on a registry they should be locked up. Theres no such thing as "consensual sex" with a minor anyway. If you are an adult you should know better and not be having sex with any minors no matter how consensual you may believe it to be. The reoffend rate for pedophiles is high so they need to be watched even if they have done their time and been released.
However if its a case with two teens perhaps one is only just under age and one is only just over then the law needs to look at that differently because in most peoples view that wouldnt be classed as pedophilia.

Im not sure what you mean by 'certain types of pictures'. If you are referring to kiddy porn then yes you need to be watched and supervised. Child pornography is an abhorrent industry and if you download it or look at images of it then you are in essence supporting it.
If you do either of the above you have pretty much forfeited your freedom to live where you want and thats how our society needs to be to protect children.

As far as urinating, mooning and streaking go Im not sure if what your saying is true. Its certainly not true where I live but if so then the laws need to be amended because they are pretty minor offenses.
