I drink coffee religiously. I can drink coffee before bed without it having any effect on me. I like the way it tastes and the way it feels going down my throat. It's good to me, it helps me wake up and it helps me relax before bed. Coffee goooooood.
i cant sleep if i drink it near bed, and teh headaches are a bitch but i find if i drink another drink that is like teh texture of coffee, i dont get the withdrawal symptoms much though, i drink my coffee very strong, a few heaped spoons of instant coffee (i loooove instant coffee compared to 'real' coffee), almost twice as much sugar, fill half with boiling water and half with cold milk. i hate hot drinks, i drink strong, cold coffee often. people often wanna spit my coffee out when i offer them some. that way, they never get me to make it for them! but yeh, normal coffee at a cafe inst that satisfying, its not got enough caffiene to really feel, and its too hot usually. ive experienced the adverse effects of caffiene a few times, usually after snorting it for a while or just drinkning lots and lots of coffee. but once you get used to it, ive found ive really come to terms with my heart and its irregular rythm though coffee makes you release adrenaline, which oxydises into adrenochrome (some of you may know of this chem from fear and loathing), which kills cancers. schizophrenics have high dopamine production, dopamine turning into adrenaline, adrenaline turning into adrenochrome. schizophrenics have a very low cancer rate, despite having a very high rate of habitual smokers. just thought that was interesting
