    So do I. Orange, lime, and/or lemon peel goes really well in soups, spaghetti sauce and chili.

    Limes and lemons are definately best for that. Cut the fruit in half, squeeze the juice and guts out of one half into the sauce, then throw both halves into the sauce. When it's done you can eat the sauce out of the empty half, it tastes soooo good! :)
