I didn't say he should place weed as a high priority, just that if he has to smoke, smoke inside and don't risk getting caught by anyone other then his parents. How would a cop figure out he smoked at home anyway? He is at a much greater risk of being found out by the cops if he smoked outside, and if he is caught by the cops, he has to go though a whole bunch of shit, AND deal with his parents.
ok...in ny i would not get arrested for smoking in my house. If its burning in public view i would...but i would never smoke in my house. I respect my mothers wishes. She said i can't buy weed anymore, and i have to keep it out of my car, as well as stay motivated in other parts of my life. SHe says shes fine with me smoking once and awhile at parties because she too did that, and sees nothing wrong with it. And i have never come close to putting weed ahead of anything in my life. Track and field pretty much is my life... I had bought weed for a bonfire that night...and was unfortunate enough to get caught. I understand that i am at a higher risk for addiction, but i wasnt going down that road.
