Gas Prices??

Hah, my parents have a friend who's pretty well off, and right as gas prices peaked back home, seriously, this guy bought his 16 year old son, who'd just gotten his license, and already wrecked his mom's car earlier in the year on his permit, a HUMMER of all things! Yeah, a few months later my mom was talking to him and he said he was feelin that mistake! I bet. Freakin crazy man. He's usually pretty smart, but damn.

Hubby and I have been discussing our car choices for when he gets back and gets his license back. As it is, at first, we won't need two cars, but as soon as I find a job in the area, that will change...plus mine is starting to show it's age. We've been looking closely at the Prius, and a few nice little economical cars like a diesel bug. My mom has a turbo diesel bug that gets damn amazing gas mileage. Hubby doesn't really care what we get for me, as long as the car, nor the gas, cost us an arm and a leg.

 

I am gonna buy a hybrid when I get my liscenes back!

 

I filled up my truck yesterday at $2.47 per gallon.Needless to say I'm seriously thinking of trading in and getting a diesel jeep liberty.I can still tow my trailer and get much better mileage while doing so.SIGH

 

Here the cheapest is ~$2.10 and the most expensive is ~$2.30 (a tree was in the way of the last digit; I can usually see the gas prices from my house). Wow. At some places in Indiana it's only $2.01, but it's probably gone up since the weekend.

 

$4 a gallon for the OIl insiders mansions! YAY! I CANT WAIT TO GET FCKIN ROBBED SOME MORE! YAY! YIPEEE!!! WHEN ITS GONNA be $10 per gallon and we just ride bikes! WAY COOL I CANT WAIT TO PAY SO MUCH OF MY LIFE INTO GETTING TO WHAT IM FORCED TO DO EVERYDAY! There isn't even a shortage its pathetic. MEECRAB

 

Shit I'm in arkansas and it's anywhere from 2.05 to 2.20! It sucks!

 

I'm in PA. Our gas prices are getting ridiculous. I spent about $2.21 a gallon for 87 grade. It ranges another 10 cents each for eahc higher grade. My mom's friend was visiting some relatives in northern pa & she said from when she arrived in the morning to when she left that night the gad went up 8 cents a gallon. That is so ridiculous. I'm not even kidding I drive a 4 cylinder lil jap car & it took $40 to fill my tank this week cuz I ran it pretty low because of the prices.
