Oh. That`s my only weekend off up here.

I`m living in French land in the mountains. Oh. That reminds me, I was interviewed on national television today...

closest ive been to tv is my high schools morning news show i was on a bunch of times...usually just did other stuff for the class though i didnt like being on tv

 

You can see me at 0:25 , and 9:00 - I`m the dork in the glasses and black sweater. But I don`t say anything on camera. Haha.

I`m doing an Independent Study in Chicoutimi, Quebec so I`m in the top class with 14 other people. I got money from the government to come here and take this awesome opportunity to do all kinds of activities, workshops, courses and earn credit towards my degree. It`s a special program, and I get to do volunteer work in the community here as well as go on trips, rock climb, canoe, etc.

Anyway, since the CBC is funded by the government and the government technically paid for my trip - they wanted to put us on the news and so they did.

Mmm... I really want to go to GOTV but it`s going to take me about 13 hours of driving to get there. (I just checked) and then I have to come back here for Monday.

I have other tentative plans in the works for that weekend which is the only one I have off here, and I`d love to spend time here.

Nitrous sales at festivals are controlled by gangs. sure they will sell you a whole tank if you got the money, but try and sell baloons and they will beat your ass. they almost killed a security guard at AllGood last year. This year at rothbury it was the russian mafia selling the baloons, they were scary people.

 

nitrous is not legal at vibes or any other fest for that matter. box of whippits youll get away with but if they do find it, there gonna take it.

but anyways beleive me, i know about the nos gangs. last year was nuts. saw some guy literally get his nosed ripped off after they slammed him up against a truck. i like nos at fests, but some of the shit that went down last year was scary. this year they have like a hotline to call if u see people selling gas... whatever tho theres still gonna be soo many tanks hissing all nite! hhahhaa
