He approved a bill to allow people to make food at home and sell it to the public, ignoring enforcement of health standards and putting citizens at risk. The basic laws force Health Officials to get a search warrant to inspect a private residence. To get such a warrant requires a just cause in order get approval from a judge. If a food poisoning occurs form a private home it may take months to accomplish an investigation. We need a Jerry Brown style Fiscally Conservative Democrat.
