I don't know about psygrunge, but most of us don't mix 'baccy' with our weed. We just smoke straight weed.

He lives in the UK. European etiqutte is to mix baccy with weed. That's the common thing - having a pure weed joint is normally extremely rare, everyone just skins up with baccy.

But we don't smoke small joints. We mix it with baccy and smoke far too big joints for it all to be pure weed.

 

Yeah I knew that. It just sounded like he was assuming all of us smoked like that. I roll some pretty big J's with pure weed. I usually put about 3g in my J's, on average.

 

And for you kar33m: you've just said that smoking joints and bowls do not give different effects - then you go on to prove EXACTLY what i mean by DEFINING the two different hits that i've been talking about between joints and pipes. i know it's to do with the tobacco and weed mix and did all along - but i don't understand how you can writ eto me that they do NOT give you different effects, and then STRAIGHT AWAY you go on to say joints make it more sedative ~(AS I ORIGINALLY POSTED) and pipe hits get you euphoric/energetic. it's even a different type of euphoria.

hell yes brother, i've just realised something too (shit).... were you talking about smoking a joint of PURE weed?? if so - i misunderstood and take back everything because of course you're right - pure weed joints are a waste of weed (i thought you were on about weed/bacci mix)...

 

What I meant is that it's not the way you smoke it that gives you a different high, but it's wether you mix with baccy or not. Offcourse there's no sucha a thing as a pure hash joint. so when you say that joints give you a different type of high, I assume that it's probably the baccy that makes the high this way.
Maybe what you mean by different highs is the way the high hits you.
whith a joint the high is much more gradual offcourse.
I understand that someone might think that smoking joints can be more enjoyable, but you have to admit that it's one of the most wasteful ways to smoke with. I actually read that 30% of thc goes up in smoke while with a bong there's no such a risk.

I don't understand how you folks can mix tobacco with weed. One of the best things about weed is the taste.

 

If you smoke cigs then the baccy taste wont bother you.

Cherry-ing a bowl can be easily done, but un-cherry-ing joint is impossible.

napalm_life your tottaly right it's not really wasteing weed as much as it's tradeing a little THC to the atmosphere in exchange for the feel of holding a nicely hand rolled cigarette. sitting and calimly smokeing. you feel kinda cool rolling your own cigarettes.


it's quite nice. well' i say that now but when this ounce i bought starts looking more like a 8th(in about a week or so.) i'll be singing a differnt tune.

 

Yes yes but trying to spark up a bowl outside in the wind is one of the most difficult things in the world. Also pipes are nice because when you're dry you can scrape them which i like better than roaches.

 

hmm yes, some resinous oils are usually left in my pipe after a good blaze. i tend to oil my spliffs up with those oils.

 

Joints are joints, end of story.
There is something special about passing a joint which is not matched with the passing of glass (or metal if you like cock [or are desperate, but often both]).
Blunts are more special, because a 2g blunt fucks you up way more than would 2g into a bong.
If you disagree, fuck you, blunts & joints are the shit.

 

Tell you what. I'll share roll a joint and we'll share it. Then you roll a joint and we smoke that. Then I'll fill my pipe, more smoke. Then YOU fill the pipe, and we'll pass that around.
