well with my high blood pressure i would say the worst is salt and i do love fried chicken covered in salt. and salt and vinegar chips. i will definitely be cutting down on them now. (the wake up call is when the doc says you will probably need medication for your blood pressure)

Really enjoy popping open a Smithwick's and putting my feet up, or a hot bath.

Oh, i go for a swm in the heated pool, get the chef to whip up a meal, my bar tender gets me a martini...
