How old are you? You say she's three years younger, making you 16, 17 at the most. If you're both minors, why are you in trouble? How did a cop "SEE" what you were doing?! If you were having sex where a cop could discover you, you were being stupid. Sorry.

And getting kicked out of school for drugs? What the fuck is with the decisions you've been making for yourself? Get your ass back into school, get your diploma, focus on LEARNING and not on drugs and fucking, get your priorities straight, and maybe you can make the rest of your life go a little better.

Folks, doesn't this show why it's a bad thing when kids are having sex? They don't have the maturity to handle everything that goes with it. What the hell are kids doing with drugs and sex so early?? It's so clear that it fucks them up!

First off, no one has answered my question, I wonder why. Now, I believe this topic of conversation was about getting in trouble, because of fucking a 13 year old girl. when he's sixteen, making this illegal. right? well then, forget for a second that he maybe has drug problems (maybe he got narc'ed for weed? is that so bad? Do you even know?) and maybe he hangs out with a bad crowd, but does this really have anything to do with the topic at hand? do you not think that maybe even other people might have had to go through the same situation and truly NOT deserved it? as in both participants genuinely cared about each other, regardless of a meaningless age difference? i mean, how many of you feel a different age then you really are? so really, what it comes down to is that IF this is the case, they both genuinely care about each other, and wore a condom(in my opinion), what exactly IS the problem?
or maybe the issue, as you see it, is law and order, that maybe, since there's some pretty heartless, selfish, scummy dope pushers who deserve to be in jail for getting kids hooked, anyone who traffics any type of illegal drug deserves to be arrested. although it IS very different, just like it is no longer ancient times, I'm just trying to get you too see it from a different perspective; how can you say he deserves it because of prejudices; how can you say he deserves it just because it is a law, or he hangs out with a "bad" crowd or because he's had problems that had some sort of involvement with illegal drugs; how can you lump all those people together, and how can you believe in a system that pushes unfair justice? just because thats how life goes doesn't mean he deserved it.

i think that the rule is NO ONE can have sex with a 13 year old girl, and no one over 18 can have sex with a 17 year old girl, and everyone can have sex with a 19 year old girl. (unless they're under 18 in which case she'd get in trouble)
