Ghosts - are they for real??

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger Bamboo.....a lot of people for the first time came on Abovetopsecret.com in paranormal studies and posted similar stories for the first time.

The semi transparent, undulating vaporous is a common description. I may as well add that up close the particles show like they have electrical energy nad kinda shimmer in a darkish hue. The visions of people appear behind or in this cloud energy. So do creatures like the many spiders about a foot to 40 foot large I saw and crawled on me.
Some would say that it is my imagination, but my imagination is much kinder to me. I think it is other peoples imagination rooted in fear. The particles seem to be a group entity of brainwaves from living people. This coincides with much data I have garnered over the years. I have to add that I have to take the negative with the positive recognizing other unknown peoples thoughts. Maybe it is a real smart idea to be afraid of these things. I became fearless in my vision quest and I think it almost killed me with anxiety. I feel like my nerve endings have been shorted out like R2D2 in Star Wars when the electricity covered the outside of his robot shell. Having had full blown conversations with visions that went so fast I can definitely add there is no way I could come up consciously with another part of a conversation talking to myself. What still bafflkes me is how a vision made up of a group entity can mindspeak as one person in response to me and also initiate sentences. People work in mysterious ways subconsciously.

 

The first post was electrically interfered with and I hit the back button again and cut and pasted the original...it is a very common thing for this group entity particle energy to interfere with communication about it. In fact, it told me it was going to kill me if I spilled the beans so to speak.

 

"Ghosts" exists and can be one of the following:

1) The physical world around us is a holographic quantum computer called the Akashic Record which records all experiences, memories and emotions. 2) Spirits, demons, angels may also exist. These are non-human consciousness' which dwell around us in other dimensions of variable physicality. They can intrude into our world and may be drawn to emotions such as hate, love, and fear. So called demons are beings drawn to hate and fear, on which they feed. Angels are drawn to love and encourage the pursuit of love, joy and the evolution of self in less evolved beings without compromising free-will.


3) Ghosts can also be the soul of dead humans who were strongly attracted to the material world or died suddenly. These individual spirits stick around for a while, either because they don't realize they are dead or don't want to leave. Some want to complete a mission or communicate to a loved one before finally being drawn onwards and upwards for some r and r (see 4 below).

4) When people die their "soul" may ascend to a higher plane which is immaterial and closer to pure consciousness. As they depart they shed an "astral shell" which is a collection of neuroses, inclinations and habits which can remain an animate force for a while. This can sometimes be visually perceived by living people, "contacted" by mediums and/or affect the old stomping ground of the dearly departed (i.e. opening doors, moving items around etc.).

Meanwhile, the departed soul goes to dwell with like minded individuals in a place of reflection. These are the heavens and hells of religion. People live another life in the after-life until they are ready to "die" and return to the material world for more lessons. Once a soul has learned enough it is able to go beyond this realm and dwell in a state of pure consciousness, without death, eventually returning to Oneness with God or pure Spirit.

 

i believe in ghosts, although ive never seen one, ive had really weird stuff happen to me that cant be explained.

My Irish grandmother was an honest medium. My father and his siblings have many stories about visiting with her and spirits she was able to make visible or give a sort of physical form to. The native side of my family all believe in spirits and I was taught to respect them for as long as I can remember. The 'sight' runs strong in my blood and I've adjusted very well to being able to see and communicate with spirits. The only thing about them that really scares me is... well... the scary ones.

Now that bullshit TV rip-off's out of the way, Ghosts are a subject a keep an open mind on, but keep at arms length. People can drive themselves insane worrying about ghosts, and when one is actually seen, can put the fear of life into them. The subject can provoke all kinds of unpredictable human behaviour and emotion which can often lead to great exaggeration, therefore innaccurate accounts of 'encounters with a spirit'.

I have seen a ghost, and to back my sighting, a friend in the back seat of the car SHIT herself screaming and crying about it. When we spun off to actually pursue the thing (at speed), she started crying (either out of fear or purely out of 'WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT I WANT TO KNOW!') saying she wanted to get out of those lanes.. This wasn't the first time we'd had a ghostly experience in Matty's car, we have, in the past, had a mad situation in Denbigh Moors (known for the mental asylum that used to be round there) which, in itself holds some traumatising stories (closely linked to the release of patients upon the asylum's shutdown and demolition).

There was me, 2 male friends and a female friend in the car; we were driving in a country lane in the pitch black and the guy in the back was making a spliff and the driver was looking ouit the front window and turning to speak to me and the people in the back. Anyway, as we were driving in this lane and conversation was flowing about inside the car, I saw this white thing about 3/4 the size of a full grown man flow across the road in front of us. I get goosebumps all over my body (automatically) when I talk about it, and sure enough I've got em now. Ugh, it's a dodgy feeling.
Anyway, this apparition was glowing a white-blue colour, the cliche' 'ghostly image' and it was moving from the left side of the road to the right at a jogging pace but floating - i.e. no walking movement - it was floating, people. In all of the 5-10 seconds I saw it (it was quite a wide road) I was convinced the figure was bent forward, maybe pushing a pram or something. When it got to the right side of the road, I wasn't sure whether it carried along on the crossroad there, or, as it looked like, literally JUMPED over the hedge. All kinds of thoughts went through my head - what kind of nocturnal animals glow in the dark?? There were no streetlights or visible moon, so it couldn't of been something showing a reflection of light..
In my enthusiastic state of curiosity, I screamed 'Matty what the fuck was that!!!! Reverse and take that right!'. As soon as I said something, the girl in the back screamed 'Fuck you saw that too, I thought it was just me!!' and started worrying like hell. Matty and Paul were just stuck in confusion but were dying to see what me and Stace had seen, so we spun off down that right turn at great speed, but never got anothe glimpse of it.
Tears were filling me eyes, not in a scared/worried/negative way, but still an emotional feeling. I'd thought of every other possibility - and we cruised that lane at about 70-80mph so there's no way it outrun us (especially at the speed I saw it travelling). There was nothing else it could of been - we'd seen a Ghost and that was that. Nothing more, nothing less - no way to prove but if 2 people saw exactly the same thing then I'm glad I didn't just see something in my mind.
Even though we never found out the actual truth behind what we saw and to this day can only think about it, recalling the image; it was re-assuring to know I wasn't the only one who saw it.

 

I dont see what the big deal is....

In days of old ghosts, spirits, entitities were a big part of life.....my grandmother and great grandmother who were romany gypsies often spoke with the 'old ones"....my mother tells me the spirits would come and give messages of death and birth.

In Ireland the banshee foretold of death.....her cry would be heard in the rural parts and folk would know of an impending "departure"

Why all the hype...I dont know?

There is an after life....we can or cannot choose to communicate with our loved ones long after their body has been put to rest...

I most definately believe and have seen and experienced it on more than 1 occasion. And I wasn't even high And yes it most definately scared the shit out of me. It was one of those fears that paralize you and you can hear your heart beat pounding. I don't fear it now that I am older. I am very sensitive to certain energies and can usually feel it before having to actually see any thing. I usually try to avoid such areas and don't go looking for it

 

I wonder if they look at us and say "are they for real"?

 

There is no evidence of ghosts.

It's all either people deceiving others or themselves.

There has not been a shred of real scientific evidence that proves there is life after death.

 

In the time of Isaac Newton, who created a new form of mathematics to describe velocity and acceleration, there was no evidence for the warping of space-time by the gravity of huge masses such as planets and stars.

The vastly superior technology of the 20th century was required for this evidence, as well as the refined insights of Albert Einstein. Now we know that such warping exists.

Science is not a static set of facts, but rather an evolving set of theories.

If one makes the current set of scientific theories one's God, one sacrifices the revelations of future scientists.

The fact that all current evidence of ghosts is anecdotal does not invalidate their existence. It merely points to the possibility that technology and knowledge of the universe is currently not sufficiently developed to provide quantifiable evidence.

To say that the current state of scientific knowledge is the unchangeable ultimate is to misunderstand and misconstrue the scientific method itself. And this kind of misconstruing is a form of personal bias in favor of the status quo.

In other words: Open your mind, and quit using your misconception of science as an excuse for your narrowmindedness.

I believe in ghosts, yet I don't believe in people.

I thinks it's the ghost that moves the machine- and one day that machine fails and the passenger gets out permanently.... or waits around until he gets a new machine.

You can. They're there...like a feeling, loneliness, or desolation, just wanting to communicate. Sometimes sad, that's the worst feeling. The ones I know are so sad, all they need is for someone to talk to them, tell them they aren't forgotten.
