Girls Gone Wild no longer needs consent to show boobs

This case speaks to a pet peave of mine. The reality is that the woman proboly did give consent to be filmed without even realizing it simply by entering the club. I have worked in event promotion for over 10 years and have worked with many venues all around North America. l'd be willing to bet that for an event like this somewhere near the entrance there was a sign that said something to the effect of " by entering the premisies you are consenting to be filmed". Look around next time you go to an event, if you don't see the sign it will proboly be in the fine print on the back of your ticket. Promoters do it so they can win lawsuits just like this, and it almost always holds up in court.
