The problem with a free market is that it doesn't stay free. You wind up with oligopolies and monopolies, which don't benefit anybody in the long run. Along with assorted other problems.

Please do not confuse earnest critique with hate and insults. There are plenty to discuss in Chinese state policy without mud slinging.
Critique of Goverment policy does not imply racism or antipithy toward individual Chineese people.

One of the conceits of the Bijing Goverment is to assume that they speak for Chineese People accross the globe in Malaysia, The US, Canada, Indonesia, Taiwan. Sorry these overseas Chinese can speak for themselves.

Ahh, we've pretty much taken over this thread already, so I might as well elaborate on why I have no respect for you.

You embody what I find to be the biggest flaw a person can have: you don't think for yourself. I know you think you do, to the point that you have to quote it in your signature; it might as well be satire, considering you cite it directly under a picture of you pretending to be somebody else (Hunter S. Thompson).

You say things like this

exactly, you wind up with a de facto State. it's frustrating. details anyhow. i still think it would be a marked improvement on what is and a much better society than what the collectivists have shown. everything history has shown me seems to say that self-ownership, private property rights and decentralization of power lead to the most freedom and freedom generally leads to prosperity. i wish i hand taken time to read up more on Tucker. i'd love to get my hands on a working model of a true individualistic society. free trade, free thought, free speech, no state. if only we could keep it that way. but again details. and the State is the biggest monopoly already, can't get much bigger or badder than what is. seasteading anyone or shall we move to new hampshire?
