water's good. I definitely should drink more water.. I am paranoid about my kidneys getting dry and getting kidney stones and bladder infections and such.

    I eat 4-6 fruits
    and 2-3 veggies
    a day

That alone gets me lots of water

Not to mention all the water, glass first thing in the morning, before lunch and dinner, before bed...

    Plus tea

    I get enough

i don't understand how people can tell how many gallons or liters or whatever they drink daily. for me, water is something i'm constantly taking swallows of, whether it's a couple gulps from the bottle i keep near me at work or from one of the cups that i keep near all my sinks at home. i know i go through plenty, but measuring it would be near impossible

but then i'd have to record every time i took a sip of water, and that would be entirely not worth it

i drink from a 64 oz jug...refill it 4 times a day is 2 gallons - sometimes i just do it 3 times, but most i get 4 refills. plus the water i have with meals...my 12-15 servings of fruits and veggies a day....

i piss clear upon waking up

i guess that makes sense, just not practical for me. i like to just grab a cup, fill it halfway at the sink, chug a couple chugs and dump out the rest, resulting in minimal time and effort spent. and then at work i keep a 20 ounce bottle under the makeline. i usually fill that before it gets empty though, to keep my drinking water cold at all times

    Gotta have lots of water!!!

    I can't imagine drinking only pop/juice etc.

The oberweis glass containers work great as water bottles... just don't try to pour hot tea into them (curiosity killed my fav water bottle :( )
