No, the argument of cosmological origin does not prove the existence of God. See the million google pages on cosmological argument for God. Who created God? Your idea is simple, im sure, that God gets a sort of outside the theory/transcendant of the rule exemption.
That said, I think the word universe substituted works. Or space itself. Or something unknown.... indescribable, unnamed

What I think is similar to stinkfoot, when you say "power in your God's name" it literally is that- fascist method of control of the masses. Power in the lingustic word that has inherent meaning to force submission.

Linguistically God is just a word, created by man. NOT an entity, not a being, nothing known. A better argument would be for the universe to be supreme, or something unknown, unnamed, and indescribable.

God is the name we have given it. Some people call it Allah. No matter what you call it you're talking about the same thing.

You said, who created God. that's just it, nothing created God. God has just always been. If my logic is simple why can't you follow it?

You said "prove it?" as if i asked you to do so which i did not. I already did prove it that there is a God, I also said I don't know what God is. I don't think we have the mental capacity to do so.
