It is sexual harassment so its understandable to be upset by it. I don't think any further action is necessary as you seemed to handled it perfectly fine but if you feel it necessary to go further with it then go for it. It seemed to be already resolved as soon as she went away.

Being called immature by immature people shouldn't be taken seriously or offensively.

Well if it was a chain, HR would get involved. If a sole proprieter, I wouldnt touch that meeting with a 10 foot pole and just ask for a written account

 

The only reason we want a meeting with the manageress is because she looks after us regulars and any issues she requested that she knows about them . I think this is one of those issues . If she was working that night when it happened it would have been all sorted there and then .

It will be just an informal meeting with her that's all. I don't think anything will come out of it as such apart from perhaps a drink on the house. I am having to do this for my SO's sake as she was the one visibly upset about the incident . The manageress does care about the regulars as we are the lifeblood of the place In keeping it going .

VG your an intelligent guy and you only need to see the numbers of Pubs that have closed in the last few years . Our town is no different.
