Anyway, I'm not defending Michael Jackson in any way, but I have always wondered why Paul didn't buy the Beatles catalog when it was auctioned off. People make it sound like Jackson stole it or something, but it was up for grabs really... I know it's a very shitty thing to do considering that they were friends... but why didn't Paul try to buy it too? I'm not very familiar with the whole story, so can anyone please fill me in? =/ Was it because he didn't have enough money? Anyhoo... I'll never listen to "the girl is mine" the same way again... "Paul, I think I told you, I'm a lover not a fighter!" LMAO!!!

You mean Paul? I saw an interview with him and he seemd quite angry and even went on to mock Jackson's girlish voice (which was rather funny btw LOL). Based on what I've seen and heard, believe me, he does seem to care... Thanks for your input though!

 

He actually is really pissed that he didn't get any of those songs, epecially when Michael let Nike use Revolution in a commercial :$ . He and Yoko actually combined their money to try and afford some of the catalogue, but Michael was more rich and outbid them. But if rumours are true, and Michael is going bankrupt, Paul will have a chance to buy back those songs.

btw, i saw that interview thing where he mocked Micheal's voice- too funny!

Thank you so much for the info! Yeah, allowing Nike to use Revolution in a commercial is real shitty... I can understand why he would be mad. Well, Michael bought it in the 80s for $48 million and it's rumored that it is now worth $400 million (yikies!)... so if he really is going bankrupt and decides to sell it, I hope Paul has enough money to buy it this time... imagine if it ends up in someone else's hands again! Anyway, the pics you posted aren't working... I don't think tripod allows pics to be displayed in msg boards (geocities does the same thing). Thanks once again!
