Bullshit, either children have a voice in our politics, or they are no longer politics. The US is the wealthiest country in the world, and has the worst rates of rape, abortion, child abuse, divorce, and suicide in the developed world. Without a voice, our children are dead, while the workaholic populations of Japan and the white US and EU are imploding faster than any on the planet, precisely because we are cannibalistic cultures that are infamous. The birth places of Adolf Hitler, who took his own insanity to new high tech heights. Children are neither slaves, nor food, nor toys for you to abuse verbally or otherwise. Either we can all agree to treat them with respect, or go fuck yourself.

My fear is that when climate brings more poverty they will still not see the truth. For example the south of the USA, SEC football Republican country is not going to be able to produce the crops it can now. So where are all these "I don't need college liberal" farmers going to go? How will they make money? Their grand kids will wish they voted differently.

Why would someone do this? There is no logical reason to make children lie about this. From your avatar I would guess you are boomer age?

If so It's usualy people your age who deny this the most. It's incredibly stupid and selfish. You will not be here in 30 years and you owe not only to your grandchildren but the literally all of human kind yet to exist do do something now.

No one is lying about anything. Fact is the way life was lived for the past 100 to 150 years is not sustainable. The way you lived as a child was wrong in that way. It's usualy the selfish short sighted nature of the Boomer. "I can do whatever I want when I want since the planet and society just give to me". So drive the car that gets 8 mpg, waste food, burn coal. And since the animals and climate where all fine when I did this it's always going to be fine. Anyone who says different just wants to hurt me. People always say by generation is selfish. We are the ones admitting something is wrong. We are the ones who care about those yet to live.

For who? If I wanted to make some tax that has no purpose I can tax water more. Something that by the way is now going to happen due to warming. It could have been avoided.

I could also build a machine to block out the sun like Mr. Burns did on the Simpsons so everyone had a higher electric bill. I could build this with less time, money invested, and less people to blow my cover than all this spent on warming education.

It is occurring. No one who has any knowladge of the subject and respect in their field is denying this.
