I need more than a clue Eric, I don't think I could guess it, if I I see the actual object. But very intrigued, by the skill off taking the picture off the object by the people that post on this thread.

As always when you see the object, we all seem to to say, oh yes, I can see it now.

Apart from the trivet one, that stumped me even after seeing that one .

Come on Moon Goddess, show us a little more, the object that is "sorry " .

 

It's one off those thing, but can't remember how to speel it.

Does that count Moon Goddess?!!.

 

This particular one is small and made of porcelain but they come in various sizes and are often made of stone as well.

This item is actually two separate things that work together to complete the task it is used for. Each piece has its own name and we use both of them when referring to it.

Sorry, it is really too small for that but have a look at the clues, maybe they will help.

 

That has given me a big clue. I know what it is and mine is marble.

Ps, I've got a small one too. But I am more than happy with it and it does a good job too. Size isn't everything, it's more how you use it .
