Yeah Irish druids used to fast for a week before eating amanita to find out what they should do for the clan. Then the lower ranking members of th community would drink the elders piss.as most of the psychoactive elements of it pass straight through.

I was thinking of doing it last summer solstice, theres an old ring fort..I think I have pics of it on here actually. I was thinking of camping and fasting for the three days leading up to the solstice just drinking water and eating the fresh mushrooms then drinking it in the early morning. Never got round to it though

I've just honestly never heard of people doing that under psilocybin mushrooms. I mean, there are many types of HALLUCINOGENIC mushrooms out there, too. I don't know enough about Amanita Muscaria, but try to find me a similar case that was confirmed to involve psilocybin mushrooms, because I am NOT CONVINCED AT ALL.

I know LSD, psilocybin and mescaline can cause bad trips, but there is no way a person would go THAT FAR while using any of them. I need proof.

 

Well locally a guy jumped off the roof of a building on mushrooms thinking he could fly. Ive seen a girl collapsed and screaming for 4 hours while ripping out her hair on mushrooms. Another guy with a blanket round his head screaming "WHATS HAPPENING TO ME" for a few hours.

Mushrooms fucks some people up.
You can have a few dabs of speed and go mad for an hour
Have a few pints and be pissed for a few hours
Smoke some opium and be panned out for a few hours

With psilocybin mushrooms though, the outcome and experience is different every time, its just a matter of dealing with it in a way thats suitable for the situation. The people who cant do that go fucking mental. Granted its not a regular occurance but things like this can most definitely happen to people not in the right mindframe. Even some of the bad trip reports on here confirm that.

 

Yes, some people have jumped before, and I know people can have bad trips where they have a screaming fit, but to do something this violent and graphic?

Also, locally a guy ran out of a friend's house, streaked and got arrested after taking non-psilocybin mushrooms.

 

Dude, if a person already has psychotic tendencies, then mushrooms/psychedelics could trigger some intense aggression and psychotic behavior, including the removal of vital organs due to suspicion of demonic possession. lol On 25mg of 2ce, my cousin thought I was satan and he thought his house was on fire, and 2ce causes less mindfuck than psilocybin mushrooms. I wouldn't have been surprised if he had a psychotic episode and became homicidal. Shit can get crazy when fuckin with psychedelics, if the person's mind isn't suited for such dramatic alteration of consciousness.

 

Think about the situation though. This guy was convinced his friend had been possessed by the devil. Imagine the actual devil being in front of you while tripping....

Some people are just more suited to drugs that dont involve severe mental shifts like that...

I still say we wait until there's more details on what mushrooms were used, if they do follow it up.

 

I doubt they'll follow up. They don't care what kind of mushrooms were used. They only care that it was a psychoactive substance and that they can scare a few people from using such substances.

 

The same guy I told you who streaked also took DXM at some point and saw the devil, from what someone who knows him told me. He was freaking out, but he didn't do what this guy did.
