This is a subject I've thought about from time to time. From a man's viewpoint (I've had sex with three virgins in my lifetime) having sex with a virgin isn't really all that terrific the first night, and it takes several nights of patience and tenderness to begin to get it right. So if you and your gal decide to go for it, don't make it a one-niter.

For girls, it seems to me that sex toys and dildos would (and do) make it easier. Gently expanding and enlarging the opening a bit at a time would seem to be a practical way to do it, dealing with the possible discomfort on your own terms. I guess you could get a boyfriend to "clear the way" too. There's nothing like going through that moment with someone you care for and who cares for you to make it special. I'm surprised how many women in these polls say that their first time was with a fairly casual friend spontaneously. It's all good.

 

I think it says a lot about the person and I have a lot of respect for 'em. Shows they're an individual, not following standards and doing what everyone else is.


Edit: I reread the title lol. Who cares what guys think about you being a virgin. A lot of us arn't as judgmental as girls think on things like that.

Virginity or lack of it does not affect how 'hot' you are! If someone actually gives a damn about YOU, they can care much less about whether you have never been touched, or slept with dozens of men. People who'd care 'because' you are a virgin are not exactly people you wanna be with on any long run.

 

I respect that, I have had 3 virgins and knowing Im there firat made me feel good that they chose me, one of the virgins is my wife now and im the only man shes been with. In this day and age to find a woman that is still a virgin, is refreshing.

Actually, it's a lot of work. Lots of 'ouch, ouch' stop and starts.
