You are waiting for me to get you to admit you got suckered by an anti-semetic conspiracy theory. I can't make you do that, it is up to you to grow up and admit you got conned. The entire article was anti-semetic, you would have to be bordering on brain dead not to see it. There is no sense in me requoting the whole thing just for you to say that there is nothing anti-semetic about saying zionists were behind hitler.

Any person reading your posts would be shocked to see how simply calling jews "zionists" allows decades old anti-semetic propaganda to be dragged out and promoted again. How can you be this naive?

What amazes me is that this is hardly any more sophisticated than saying "I'm not racist, its just that black people commit a lot of crime so I can't trust them" or "I'm not homophobic, I just don't think gays should be allowed near children". But if you say "I'm not anti-semetic, I just think zionist jews were behind Hitler and control the planet through a vast conspiracy", somehow that is apparently subtle enough to fool a lot of the people a lot of the time, at least at HipForums.

And you are absolutely correct, I never call myself naive. How that makes me stand out from anyone else here is a bit of a mystery, but I'm sure you are making some sort of brilliant point.

PB you have a good point in this last post, but a major roadblock in our argument is:
I am willing to consider that there may be an element in high government and corporate places that seeks to gain power, but you won't get off the fact that a few of them may be "Jewish" by race (I use quotation because in truth, being Jewish is a religion and not a race at all).

"I'm not homophobic, but I don't think gays should be around kids." That's a good analogy, but misused, because, I would relate it like this:
"I'm not homophobic, but I don't think gays should be around kids...if they plan on raping them."

You constantly equate ALL Jewish people to Zionism, which is not what I am doing.
Infact, Zionism is a bad term for it because it starts this arguement, henceforth the element I spoke of earlier I will dub The Elite.

And MeatWaggon, it's true that there's a lot of bullshit on the internet, but this sounds sort of funny coming from someone who promotes David Icke books. Now, I admit I have not read the book, but I have spent time on his website and no words or stories will ever make me believe Bill Clinton is a Reptilian; even if I saw him supposedly shape-shifting, I'd be like, "Okay, where's the special effects guy?" That's an argument I'd like to see debated....hint.

 

You have to trace the history of your conspiracy theory. It is not new, it has a very long history. In general it has been popular on the extreme right, with people such as Pat Robertson and organisations such as the John Birch Society, not to mention overtly neo Nazi groups. (Wouldn't it bother you that skinhead and Nazi groups also believe in this conspiracy theory?) While anti-semetic in origin, it tends to be adapted to fit the prejudices of whatever group is promoting it, and to fit the level of embarassment about anti-semetic elements.

That's why some people say jews, some people say "zionists" and some people say "international bankers", the latter two of course long being used as code words for the former. Its pretty convenient to say "zionists" means jews and non-jewish zionists, or that zionists means zionist jews but not non-zionist jews. But the point is this is a conspiracy theory about jews.

Which is why replacing the word "zionist" with "elite" doesn't change my mind one bit. You are not TELLING ME you want to invent another code word which means zionists which means jews. You can put as many layers as you want on it, at the bottom this conspiracy still means jews.

If you took this conspiracy theory to any jewish person, they'd tell you. If you researched this conspiracy you'd find the veil slipping off pretty quick. But you just want to rebrand it and ignore those associations.

When you say match the conspriacy to your predjudices, you are right in a sense, because my predjudice is against the ultra rich and powerful who want total control over everything, you and I included. But you keep spinning it to race.
People like Pat Robertson believe it and put it out as disinfo. Now I know you're going to say how convenient in "conspiracy logic" or whatever, but I think this because I think Pat Robertson is part of The Elite, not a Christian, but a con-man out for profit, like Jerry Fallwell and the rest of em. These guys are useful idiots to the establishment, as they can sway the thoughts of masses.
And yes, it does sort of bother me that skin heads and the like are aware of a possible New World Order. But I think that info is spread to these groups to discredit the truth, as it has worked well in your example.
In all my research, and I stumbled onto this topic back in March, I have yet to find rebuking evidence or history of this theory being anti-semetic, aside from people saying "oh thats just anti-semite conspiracy" but no scientific fact or evidence to reverse the claims.
And I'm not out to push theories; I sincerely want the truth. So if you know of any sites that would help out, feel free to link em.

Read The Biggest Secret by David Icke. I dont know why you think its anti-semetic. so what if neo-nazi's beleive in it, nazi's are ignorant and ignorant is defined as being to stupid to know better. Alot of the online stuff is based on the same principles but when you can read something with inter-sourced things that isnt just a conspiracy theory but a puzzle being put together well.. thats different. some stuff on Rense is bogus shit. after my years of online research i gave up on it because the internet is full of bullshit, if someone is serious they will go to the trouble to print a book to get their word out. go forth and riticule me.

 

well open you mind and read. everyone says that about the reptilian part. even Icke himself. but he only put it in his book because that is where his journey led him to. I personally dont know about the reptilian part either but if you read the first 50 or less pages you'll understand it alot better. Icke explains it better than me because he supports his ideas with facts, numerous personal accounts, symbolism of ancient civilizations (the snake, the dragon, etc.). Ever wonder why humans got so evolved so fast? ever think about us being interbred with extraterrestrials so as to create a slave race for them? just think outside the box and open your mind. a copy of "The Biggest Secret" can be obtained on many P2P programs and it is only around ~5 MB.
