I've got access to two gyms that I don't have to pay for. Me and my brother go lift three times a week, gonna start some boxing soon as well. I love training.
How much does your trainer charge you?

Home gyms and equipment = bullshit. If you have no gym access, just do burpees and bodyweight exercises.

right now i pay $70 a month for my trainer and i have 2 1hr sessions with him every week
he's an mma trainer and is working me out differently every session
i'm a fit person and don't need to lose alot of weight at all
the ideal fat % for a girl my age and height is 19% and i'm at 24%
we're working on conditioning/toning and strengthening my upper body

i'm envious of people that get free gym access

Wow, that is really, really cheap. I used to charge people 50-60 for 1 hour.
I'm sure he's already doing boxing with you, if not, ask him to. So much fun & great exercise. And don't neglect the legs!

my legs are pretty badass though
i'm 5'8" buddy so the legs are pretty shapely
i'm working on my core and training the weak parts of my body, which is my upper body right now
i've done boxing on my own for the past year but i had a break from it when my heavy bag got taken down
it's hopefully going up but the end of june

Where are you going? I had a couple terms at the rec centre, but I feel *really* uncomfortable working out in front of men. I feel like eyes are always on my big ass. So I want just a ladies only pilates class or something.

i'd suggest getting a membership at body boomers then if you do go to durham
they have a womens only section
but your ass is nice, unless it's gained some size whilst you were in bc..which i doubt, and shut up before saying it has...

i went in for my fitness consult thinking oh man i'm so fat and out of shape, i was pretty much told twice by 2 different people to shut up

i'm at platinum fitness on brock, and i freaking love it
i can walk to the gym, work out and walk back
plus the gym is just fabulous, i love the machines it has
and so many sexy people, i often find myself either getting distracted or even more motivated

I seriously need to get a gym membership, I'm still only slightly above the minimum weight for my age and height but it is 99% fat. I am so tired of the way my nipples jiggle when I run. Wife, I approve of this but don't become one of those steroidal man women with baritone voices and oversized clitorises.

I use the campus gym at my college three days a week for about 1-2 hours. It's only cost me about $40 for the whole semester, so you'd be nuts not to join.

I ride my bike on a regular basis as well.

30 USD in Bulgaria?Thought it would be cheaper?
Britain prices range 45 USD to 80USD for a posh gym currently per mth.

I don't use a trainer at my current gym.I think it would be 15 GB an hr and he wouldn't be particularly knowledgeable.

I'm thinking of changing my gym cos the ignorant dickheads have started chopping the hrs back, which is a nerve IMO.

I don't belong to a gym, and honestly, I don't think I'd really want to. I have quite a bit of equipment here at home to do the job, and I do a lot of cardio which doesn't always require any type of particular equipment. Plus, I feel as though if I had to actually get in my car and go to a gym that I'd be more wishy washy about it. I like that I can choose my work-out times and never have to wait my turn or care what I look like. ;)
