now these 14,ooo views translate to maybe 10,000 customers buying tams and dread kits.. 70 each dread kit is 70 grand average tam i giess 60? i havent looked.. but thats my guess so right there were looking at 130 grand
lets not forget that the 70 dollar dread kits have a 3 dollar comb some wax barely worth a dollar and some soap worth 3 maybe..and a handfull of rubber bands and rosin and sea salt all combined equat less then a dollar
and a tam might have 3 dollars worth of yarn..(and are machine made mass produced so not alotta cost in man hours)
(remamber the company is just 4 people?)
add in the beads and other products at huge proffit margins and u see that hes making way more then the average doctor or lawyer by scamming the ignorant

how different is it from any other scam? lets look at the typical nigerian scam wich prommices millions of dollars if u simply trust someon e telling odvios lies, and send them a check for processing fees orwhatever..that scam in an average year costs the gulible visctims about 6 million (or was it 60? i forget the fbi site may list statistics)
now the dreadhead scam is lil less odvios theyre not promicing millions of dollars if u give em 10,000 instead they priomice super dreads super fast if u just give em hundreds
but then reality sets in months later when u realize how your being ripped off and have nothing to show for it but a mess needing cleaned up

we are going through a recession here too. There are still ways to make money w/out selling shit that will fuck up peoples hair! I see posters around the city advertising people who'll 'give' you dreads. They are charging like at least 150euro. Hell yeah I could use that money! I mean I'm not looking foward to our gas bill. But money coming from bad places is not worth it! There is always ways to make money, we aren't living in total desperation yet. I've started making art, clothes&doing to sell and a bit of modelling for my friends clothes line to make money instead. He can sell his shit, all I can say is karma.

I know if I'd had the money or started my dreads a few years ago, before I founf this forum I prolly would have spent the money on this shit, I'm soo glad I didn't! I'd be trapped in this awful scam w/ shitty horrible hair
