I cant dp any fancy stitching because of RA , But I make lots of blankets....My gramma said you can never have enough blankets....ive given lots away , and had some buried with friends....I dont charge because there nothing fancy...just a hobby

 

I'm baaaaaaack...

from driving my son to AA. Man am I tired! I need to figure out how to sleep more. I'm sleeping about 3 1/2 hours at night and 3 1/2 more each morning.

I worked out the move in date with my daughter. She and my grandson will be moving in on the weekend of Aug. 11th & 12th. I still have so much to do to get the house ready. She wanted to move in this weekend but I couldn't make it happen.

Sheesh...

hello my friends how was all of our days ??

Don't want to be a downer but my day was too busy and too frustrating.

How was your day?

 

awe im sorry to here that i hope it is a little more relaxing now,

and my day was nice i saw my mother for the first time in months and took her out to dinner.

 

When I was 5 I was at a live performance Of the Howdy Doody Show. Some Kid's birthday who I barely even knew. Their parents had arranged it. It wasn't too far from our house. We lived in the East end of Hollywood. I sat in the front row.

LOL Dig this.

I sat in the front row. Clairabell the Clown and the others would all come out and do a bunch of stuff. Like 3 minutes. and they world go back stage for 9 minutes. Boring !!!!!!!!!

Then they would come out and do stuff for 2 or 3 minutes, and they world go back stage for 9 minutes. Boring !!!!!!!!!

I was so very bored. It was very thrilling for a whole 2 minutes. then nothing and waiting. You didn't have any idea if they were ever going to come back out again.

Eventually, towards the very end of the show, I looked around behind me to see what what all of the rest of the kids were doing. It was weird. Everyone of them were looking up over my head. I looked at the other kids in the front row where I was in the middle. To my left and to my right up and down the row, every kid was looking down and waiting. I looked at the kids behind me again and they were looking up over my head and all of them were laughing.

Then I looked up and saw to cartoons on a TV, high above the stage. I started laughing. I nugged the kid on my left and I pointed up, and he saw the cartoon. I asked him to tell the others to his left, and they were each told.

Then I nugged the girl on my right and I pointed up, and she saw the cartoon. We laughed. I asked her to tell the others to her right, and they were each told.

And so that's how you miss all of the cartoons and have a lousy time at the Howdy Doody Show, Live.

Hope everyone has had a good day. I had ruff day kinda, but I can relax now. Yay!!

 

My day is only half way through. It been easier than the last 2 but im tired after a long week. One easy day of work tomorrow then 3 days off.
watching the raccoons eat the chicken scraps right now.
