good news,I've been in contact with my Indonesian girl friend living in Berlin(Germany)
we have not seen each other since 1970,that's bloody 42 years..
i'm planning a trip to Berlin probably in the month of september/october..
it's gonna be a huge feel good factor,no doubt...

by the way,aeri...what are ramen noodles??

on daily basis..first thing i do every morning is light a candle...
then burn incense..then listen to music..Oh no..I forgot something...
I always give food to my cat Ella first..she's part of my life..

I got distracted watching the birds, and am now 40mins late.

exept classical music that is like Bach,Beethoven etc.....wooh..

Classical can be quite relaxing sometimes, have you ever listened to Ludovico Einaudi?
Some of his stuff makes me want to fall asleep from feeling so relaxed

 

Sometimes when I cant unwind , I listen to nature sounds....wow...sage sure clings to everything , ...my clothes and hair...its following me !!!
