Good Morning sleepy head, Hi, I just came up out of our basement computer lab. Working on a magazine cover. Intense image correction, Photoshop stuff. Good to take a break. Did I miss anything? Who's here?
Cool, Bunnielight Good to see you. It's a nice time of day. Others should start coming back home soon. The more the merrier. Relax and enjoy.
Hi Peaceful Libra, welcome home. Been a slow day around here but our room mates are coming back home. [Smile] Good to see you. Bunnielight is in the living room.
I had to grab that nap. I just realized that I'd been doing 19 -20 hour days and 4 - 5hrs sleep doesn't get it...not at my age anyway.
I had to go to try and get my tags today. Forgot that I left my title at my grandmothers before I moved out...which is 400miles away. In a lockbox. And I have the key.
Hi Aerianne, Glad that you got a chance to catch up with yourself. Bunnielight, I hope that it wasn't as much of an ordeal as it sounds like.
Me too! Makes me so frustrated. I just hope I don't get pulled over between now and when I get it. But on the plus side, I got more hours and I'm working tomorrow instead of having off. Kind of nice.
Well I'm glad that's over with. And I'm glad you've got the hours. Enjoy your down time while you've got it. [smile]
LOL I told you that I could copy and paste dinner! Mangia. Here you go, from page 47. LOL ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ya Know. Just cause it's only 3:20 where I am doesn't mean that it's not midnight where some one else lives. I think that Kenny the cook is going to get some diner going even though I just finished lunch. Huge restaurant pot and making spaghetti tomato sauce. Tons of herbs. MMMMMM. Got the kitchen laid out and going. My big secret. Italian seasoned bread crumbs. 6 containers of Contadina or the best name brand kind. Big bowls. Eggs. Slicing thick eggplant slabs. On the other table pounding out chicken breast cutlets. Cookie sheets for cooking and for keeping warm in the oven. The sauce is beautiful. frying pans with hot oil. Big eggplant slabs in the bowl of egg. Now into the seasoned crumbs. Double breading. Now back in the egg and a second costing of bread crumbs. Into the hot oil. Siiiiiiii Crack. Drained and laid out in the cookie sheets and laydle with too much sauce and smothered over with sliced aged provolone, some mozzerela, and buried with grated parmesan. Two sheets full onto the oven. Eggplant parmesan. More black pepper. More salt. Now the same with the chicken parmesan. And in the oven. Finish them each off by watching closely under the broiler. Golden. If ya don't want that I'm boiling spaghetti squash. Yummmm. Foods on! Pass the Chianti please. And there's other stuff. Everybody rinse yer plate and utensils when you're done, and throw them in one of the two dishwashing machines. Okay? We each do a little self clean up. Thanks. Go for it. I clean a lot while I'm waiting for stuff to cook. Help to kill the time. I'll help out too with the pans and pots.
Anyone can make this. That is the recipe. It's the bread crumb, and cheeses. I lived in a house full of vegetarians (6) in '80, in the Santa Cruz hills, Me the meat eater. I made that for dinner one night and they all just Died. They could not believe the being a veggie could taste so great! LOL
