I can remember my daddy saying that he liked CCR. That was amazing because he thought The Beatles and The Stones ruined a couple of my brothers, lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJAjOlp4Tas"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJAjOlp4Tas
That it so Cool. That it kind of like you imagined. I hope that other like the layout of the place, and I hope that it somehow brings us all closer together and makes us feel like we live someplace.
You seem to be liken the country. Does this one work for you? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MPcfDlBWELM"]Poco / Pickin' Up the Pieces - YouTube
No, I'm afraid it doesn't. I'm really not a fan of country music. I have some eclectic tastes and some things that sound a little country are okay as novelty likes, but really I don't like country.

No! lol When I was a wee wee tot my daddy listened to Hank Williams. As a girl and young teen I was exposed to Johnny Cash. That's as far as my country world goes. Let's see...I was designated driver for my son and his wife to see this band New Year's before last. I liked some of their stuff. Sure, there a quart more in the frig if that runs out. A little Chianti? junglejack How are you, man? Nicely done. Dead. Have some munchies too? Or sweet dreams.
Yes, a little to ease this transition from packing up memories to getting some sleep. This weeding things out of the house is emotionally taxing. Packing up my kids and my grandkids toys for donation is the most difficult. I know I don't need to keep them. I have Little People sets belonging to my kids that I have saved for almost 30 years. Why? My grandkids played with them for a day or so when I got them out. Now, I have Little People sets, enough for 4 grandkids, that I brought home from their house when they outgrew them and needed more room in their toy closet. I should have taken them to donate that day. Instead, I now have all those Little People sets, that I have some strange love for, to get rid of. There's not room here for the real people, living in the now, unless I get rid of these old things. Easy Aerianne...breath...you aren't losing the past. You are opening up the future. Thanks for listening.
You are opening up the future. And "Thanks for listening." But of course. With all of the work that your are doing, shouldn't you be looking this stuff up on e-bay, and then possibly getting paid for your hard work? Just a thought. You know me, always thinking. Ka Ching! Old Chinese proverb or the sound that a cash register makes?
I hate reading this thread because someones always talking about food! And everytime it gives me the munchies, and I have to walk all the way down stairs and eat something. And im not even hungry! :bomb: ....but I must admit, you guys do have good taste in food...and music for that matter.
Possibly, but time is of the essence now and I really don't have the time to deal with it. I just have to move it out and let it go. I know that people who need it will get it and I feel good about that because I'm not in a position to help anyone monetarily now. It doesn't make you feel so needy when there is something that you can give. I'm learning so much in a short period of time now it seems. And the repeating lesson seems to be about letting go. Letting go of people, letting go of things, letting go of fear, letting go of what you thought was security, letting go of all those meaningless attachments that keep you anchored. So yes, my things would bring some much needed money, but the pressing need is to just let it go and to move forward.
Yes, and thank you Jack for that Dead session, I needed that to wind down my night. Lol, Cat...yes, I know we are terrible like that.
Oooooh, ChinaCatSunflower67, I just had a fancy store bought white cake cupcake with super sugar creamcheese icing on it AND they also squeezed the icing inside of it too, like it was a cream filled donut, or something, only the cupcake wasn't even big enough to do something like that too. Wow, that was sick. Sweet to death.
