Opened the door to let my cat out this morning, he practically ran outside until he got a faceful of snow and high tailed it back inside.

I used to have a great beard.....until I decided to shave it off to try and conform to society. Never again will that happen!
only in the real sense of the language? but i don't speak that gaelic. thats scottish gaelic ,but it is related. similarities and loadsa differences.manx would be the closest gaelic to irish gaelic. what i speak is'nt gaelic, its gaeilge-irish!(in the real sense of the language!i don't have a beard.but i am a cat, theres a link there to. cats-an tigers.their related! ha! ha!
I once considered shaving and a wise woman I knew said "Ranger, one look in your eyes and you won't fool them. LOL

I'm tri-lingual..I speak English, Toddler and Cat..Toddler by far has been the most difficult to conquer, the little language translation books don't help much
:coffee: :coffee: Dad arrived at the rehab center last evening around 5:30. He will need physical therapy for a while. I will talk to the people today about the treatment plan. It feels like forever since November 25 when this whole episode started of 911, hospital, pacemaker operation, complications, release home, fell at home, called 911 again, back to the hospital.....since it all began. He is in a good place for rehab now and needs to get stronger to be able to take care of himself home alone. The last 12 days have been a nightmare for me of little sleep, poor eating and driving hours to hospital and home. I could use a long winter's nap. Tyrsonswood and I will be visiting Dad today. :2thumbsup:
Specs..your'e a gem of a person...take care of your Dad.. He will be very thankful to you for what you do for him..you will see it in his eyes... Belgium is under a snow carpet...i'm feeding a bird in my garden with bread crums.. it comes back time after time... it's a blackbird...very shy...and easily comes and goes... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UMBEIoIIQnU"]Runrig - Ravenscraig - YouTube
:grouphug: for you both Specs and Ty! Sounds like its been traumatic and tiring. :grouphug: one for your dad too! Take care all of you. I've been super busy at work the past few days, prepping for open day tomorrow, 7.30am start and my car is busted so am walking it. Hopefully we can get some animals some loving homes, if not then they will at least get a day of full attention (not that we ignore them but with 30+ cats, 15 odd dogs, loads of rabbits and the wildlife sector, its pretty busy daily).. we are holding tomorrow in memory of Mourinho who was put to sleep this week, a lovely old boy who just couldnt find strength to go on. Cool song tiger..i love birds, I tend to go feed them every week at the local park Gotta run, off to meet my mother and help her decorate her christmas tree, plus right now my two kitties are both laid across me purring and digging their claws in my legs, ouchhhh.
Wishing the best for ya'll Ty, Specs, and Dad. MomaP did you ever see the bird feeding gent in Hyde Park who stands there feeding birds who so cover him that my refering to this person as a gent is merely my best guess. He may no longer be there, it was circa 1980 when I saw him.
