I wish I had a super amazing story to tell you - I don't

I was looking after my Grandmother, I even decided to come home early from a friends birthday party before midnight.. went to grab my tooth brush and paste and snap! I have the kinda injury you get from para shooting or a motorbike accident!
Crazy hey...
I guess it was my time to break some bones! Then the surgeon fixed it wrong so I had to have it re-broken!
Still I have managed one all night party and a dawn til dusk day out at a friends festival, so I cannot complain... and swimming tomorrow ... I am just not the kind of person to stay in four walls- this is my 2012 challenge..

That IS super amazing in itself! Any story that starts with "I was looking after my Grandmother" means an amazing person is speaking! :angel:

Man guys what a magical musical trip down memory lane . Most of us here are from the older generations and lived through some of these great times . The 60s, 70s and 80s were the pinnacle of rock . There will never be another magical time like it . Most of the best music ever produced were from these peroids . And it has been a joy remembering it and all of us sharing our favs. together . Many of you go back a little further than me . And even to the younger generations today can get a feel for those great times through the music of those 3 decades . What a powerful legacy for our generations . I hope the music lives on forever , and inspires the young ones of a magical time that was , and could be again . LONG LIVE ROCKIN ROLL BABY !

The park sounds wonderful, today I am home friends all busy .... fed up being in bed keep eyeing up the cross trainer but I am told I must take it slow so hopefully after a few weeks of swimming I can then cycle still at home- then back into the world un aided .... wooohoo!

I been reading 6 pages of hillbilly music and little to no actual conversations going on. This is a space for talking and making friends in. Could we please learn to talk more. This is NOT YouTUB or Fuck yer Face Book.

This is for us all to ACTUALLY TALK.

Posting a Song is Most People's way of really avoiding any real human interaction and avoiding talking. This space is for talking. We have more that enough people who are hiding in their shells and who do not find it easy to communicate. We all have been making a great deal of progress in helping our friends and making them feel very comfortable with us all here, AND HELPING TO DRAW THEM OUT OF THEIR SHELLS, and learn to be able to interact TOgether.

All of a sudden we have all decided by a 100% vote to all go backwards.

You know, I can start a New Thread for you all that is called "Post Youtube clips and you are not allowed to converse wiht each other."
If you only want to get a bunch of "Thumbs Up" "LIKE" "ataboys" for knowing how to copy and paste, you'd get all of the attention that you are seeking over at facebook.

We had something new and tremendous started here. Now I see it all falling to shit do to lazy. I just got finished reading 6 full pages of little or on conversation or communications between people. 1 page worth out of 6 is not good at all. In my world.

And by the way! 70s and 80s music SUCKED!
