Today, I made some Spinach crab pizza, with sauteed mushrroms, onions, and garlic with sliced mozeralla and asiago cheese on home spun whole grain dough. Total cost, about $10, but it's a days worth of food, and has 4 of the 5 food groups in very healthy amounts. I drank some juice too, so I'm all square. I supplement Whey protein too, but that's cause I exercise a lot. It's not that much more expensive to eat well, you just have to plan it out more. And it takes too damn long a lot of the time. I can post some recipies in the food forum sometime if anyone wants. I mean, it's not as cheap as eating mac and cheese or ramen, but it's certainly cheaper then buying fast food.
