If you click on Canada you might be able to, but when I click on canada there is no Diva Contest link buttons. But maybe that's cuz im not in canada.

I can get on the Canadian site but the contest is not valid here and it will not let me vote.

I even went back to the other site and tried to use the sign on there and it blocks me.
