I was addicted to opiates and opioids for 3-4 years, and I'm 21, was a bitch to get off, but docs keep pushing me back on, so stuck with it, but also benzo's can get you addicted after a few months 120mg of xanax every month got me fucking messed up on w/ds so really best to stay away from everything haha, but have fun in the mean time.
I know this is old but yea please don't snort anything with APAP and ignore dopeman and follow sorrows benzos will get you addicted after only 30 days of concurrent use and the WDs can literally fucking kill you so I wouldn't switch from opies to benzos you may feel like shit when your outta opies but you won't start seizing and die.
Isn't it terrible to be addicted to multiple classes of drugs under the age of 25? I, of course, am physically dependent on opioids, stimulants, benzos, and antidepressants (although not psychologically attached to benzos and antidepressants). However, it is all taken for legitimate medical reasons and I would probably be dead if not for the meds. It just so happens that they are incredibly addictive. I sometimes wish "lighter" meds could help my condition like they do for some Schizoaffective people. It would be nice to just take Seroquel and Cymbalta (or something) and feel normal. But alas, this is not true, as I spent 7 years unsuccessfully going down that route. However, I actually take far lower doses of my meds than I did, say, a year ago, and even way less than I did two years ago. I hope to eventually get the doses on all the meds down incredibly small. But I have doubts I will ever be able to get off them without relapsing into a Psychotic Episode or a suicidal Depressive Episode.
