I suppose I take it for granted that I get more sun here than in other parts of the country. I guess especially in the winter months you don't see much sunshine in NY. Its something I've never really considered because I get plenty of sunshine where I live. I find it ironic about cancer rates being slashed in half - I've also read that because so many people wear sunscreen constantly now to protect against skin cancer Vitamin D deficiencies are on the rise.
None. When I was much more physically active I took fish oil and black pepper, along with a little whey and some vitamins daily. I haven't done as much as a situp in like 5 years and I still have ripped abs. The world isn't fair.
