Very few people are impressed by a bunch of women in glittery booty shorts beating the shit out of each other. Go play with your trains and stop being unnecessarily snarky in all my threads.
Don't take it personal, Mama. He's snarky everywhere (or just being his particular self ) not just in your thread
I'm sure of it  There's nothing personal to take here. He's responding from his own mindset and that often makes him sound snarky indeed.
So it sounds as most would rather sit around on their ass and preserve their 'body' so when they are old are falling apart anyway, They have a little better advantage? To live life to a minimal fullest? That's pretty much how it reads and sounds, And sounds pretty fucking stupid! Ill stick with my extreme sports and white knuckle events, When im old and am worthless, Thats when I spend my time sitting and do not shit. That's the good thing about modern science and the progression in the medical field, They can fix damn near anything now.
That's dumb. I'm pretty sure everyone who has commented on taking care of your body when you're young is well aware sitting on your ass isn't the way to do it.
Hmm.... I have arthritis pretty bad in my knees and I also was on the swim team (and lifeguard and anything else to do with swimming) in high school. What does swimming have to do with arthritis and/or bad knees? I thought swimming was low impact?
Holding back and not trying something and or doing something you love or like 'because it might hurt me in the long run' is dumb. Everyone lives their own life, But im not going through it with 'what if's and I should haves' when it is too late and regret not taking part. To each their own I guess
To sum it up.....everything in moderation including moderation. (of course you should treat your body like you want it to be here and still USEFUL a long while from now.. unless you don't, and even then you may change your mind later---- but of course that doesn't mean sitting around and not trying things or doing things)
according to traditional chinese medicine, exposure to dampness is one of the factors that can aggravate arthritis. I can say more on the subject if you like.
