Well, maybe about three years earlier, but HELL YEAH!

Microsoft's initial public offering was on March 14th, 1986. The stock was offered at $21. After its first day of trading, the stock ended the day $27.75.

    Today, this morning it's $24.10

but think how many times it split over the years.

In ‘89’ I was running track & field, flexing my muscles for every dreamy-eyed teenage girl, and ready to join in on the revolution once public enemy gave the word [IMG]

    Oh, that was yesterday

lol. That must have been cool. Brothers had it good in the late 1980's/early 1990's. Then they started getting watered down when the white women got to them.

I wouldn't have met my boyfriend, so I wouldn't be in this room or this town.
I wouldn't have met any of the men I've been with.
So my guess is I'd be somewhere around the village I grew up in. I'd have probably studied more. I'd probably be on my way to a good career.
But would I swap it? Never. Absolutely never.

I didn't literally mean what were you doing in 1989. I just meant what do you think you'd be doing if the internet didn't exist and computers were used for data work and to run machines.

But its much more fun reflecting back to more innocent times before cell phones, computers and the internet, and video games which were played at a video arcade (not inside the house)
