I think there is definitely something to this. Photos create a more personal and "real" vibe, but at the same time they create bias in favor of the attractive people and it really shines through from the general feel of the place. And I use the word "attractive" loosely.. some of the people you guys fawn over....

personally, I like it better when I can put a face to a name. not saying it's gonna change my judging of a person - and I try not to judge anyways - but I like it when things are more personal.. like in the real world. otherwise I feel like I'm talking with robots.
