I like to see what people look like!
It doesn't make a difference in the long run, conversation-wise. I still talk to the ugly people just as asshole-ish as I do the beautiful people. I still say pervy things to ugly people just like I do beautiful people.

It makes a difference though on how....involved the conversation gets, I guess? I don't talk to people a whole LOT if I don't know what they look like. It makes me feel more secure....knowing what someone looks like. I feel like I get to 'know' them better when I see what they look like.

 

Here's the thing with pics. Anyone can post pictures on the internet and say it's them. It doesn't mean it is. We have caught numerous people in here before posting pictures that aren't really them.

And people look at pics and make assumptions about you. A lot of the assumptions are wrong.

actually, I take that back. a lot of RT folks have pics up. but as soon as you deviate into other areas of the forum, hardly anyone has pics up.

I guess we're all just attention whores. :cheers2:

 

Most regulars of this forum have photographs up. Except the really ugly ones I suppose.
