I dig the songs, really good Woodstock! But maybe a dumb question, what is the connection between her music and the missouri rainbow theater and stuff? :tongue:

 

well her musics the key to making the dream become reality,
shes making the first copies of her cd availible by donation towards the purchase of the building.
the theater will be dedicated to showcasing unsigned musicians, especialy those with heart & soul, who are in it to spread the gift of theyre music, not for wealth and fame, but to spread a message, or happiness through theyre songs. it will be a place for any aspiring musicians to come together, play with eachother, create beautiful songs for the pure joy of creating them. we may even eventualy add a recording studio, & record company, on a not for proffit basis, for musicians to get theyre music out to a wider audience. but specificaly geared towards musicians like woodstock whos goals are changing the world through theyre music.
free music for a free people, music that spreads the message of peace love and unity.
musicians like sunshine who turned down a huge record deal to avoid wealth & fame, but who can never stop singing & even sings in her sleep.
musicians who create because they have to, not because of what they hope to gain, but because of what they hope to give.
i hope that helps explain the connection between woodstocks music & the theater.

 

a year from now when this aint happenned how ya gonna feel?
i mean if the sister couldnt make it happen i fail to see how the vision of a 16 year old child will magically produce the funding.

i think your dreaming a lil to big and sucking innocent kids into it.. and in my opinion that is down right disgracefull.

i suppose only time will tell if im wrong,however i got a gut feeling im dead on...

Tsk, she will try to change the world anyway and she certainly will use her music for it. Let her be. Better tried and failed then never tried. And she might make a difference. What, by trying you already make a difference.

 

my statement has nothing to do with woodstock and her music. it has to do with soaring eagle attempting to ride her coat tails to where he wishes to be..

me and dilligaf both feel woodstock is very talented and has great potential..

 

I understood that. I just hope their collaboration works out. They want the same thing.

 

Just checked out the music - woodstockchild has truly got talent. and ambition if she wants to change the world.

we all have it in us to change the world, just so many give up before they begin.

 

the reality is she is 16. she could make a million dollars tomorrow. it wont matter. her parents control her finances till shes 18 at the very least. the only way that wouldnt happen is if they,her parents relinquished there rights to it or she emancipated herself.

that bein said it takes money to make a CD. and then it takes a market for it. and quite frankly ,as i said i dont see her notoriety becoming that large anytime soon. once again not bashing woodstock,shes very talented.. i however look at things as a adult and a realist.. something soaring eagle seems incapable of.
