San Francisco, California Williamsburg, New York (Brooklyn) Seattle, Washington Missoula, Montana Vermont is a pretty cool place Portland Boulder, Colorado I also hear the Hudson River Valley in New York state is pretty cool. You can find some really liberal schools like Vassar and Bard in the area.
Man,, you all really need to come up to the Northwest if you really want to know what chill is!! Ive been to every state in the lower 48, and nothing compares to Washington and Oregon.. For example, I live in Portland, Oregon and you will see thousands of Dreadlocked hip heads everyday. 35 Microbreweries within the city limits ( the most out of any city in the world currently). Along waterfront park on a nice day, you will see hundreds of people smoking herb out in the open ( Oregon was the first state to Decriminalize marijuana in 1972). You will have your choice of at least 30 strains of herb at any given time. Organic is the De-Facto way to eat and consume here. We have one of the best Mass transit systems in the U.S. And light rail trains that span the city and suburbs. In oregon you can only get a citation (Like a traffic ticket) if you have less than an OZ of herb, which no cop will even bother with because its too much of a hassle.. Dude, Just come over here to Portland.....And the cost of living is one of the lowest in the U.S... And jobs are ample.. We also have more natural beauty than anywhere...The Pacific Northwest is the best!! No where else in the U.S can compare!!
Its Fresh and Crisp most of the year. Where I live on the West side of the Cascade Range, We have 220 days a year that is Raining, Cloudy, Or between July-Sept. Its Sunny almost every day. We have 400 year old Old Growth Forests In our City Limits...It Only Snows 5-9 days a year...But alot of nice cold Crisp Rain.. Thats Why we cultivate So much dank Herb indoors..
Remember, We here in Oregon were the first state to have the decrim act of 1972..First state in the U.S,,, 72% of us Portlanders Puff herb,,,its super Irie here... We might have even been decrim here in Oregon before the Netherlands...
In the 'or elsewhere' category one of the best places on earth is Vancouver Island, British Columbia. This island has clearcut scars in some places, yet remains one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. Some of the best kayaking, hiking, beaches and rugged coasts you'll ever see. Lots of hip folk, the most environmentally active folks anywhere, and the herb is the kind. Check out Victoria, Tofino, Hornby & Gabriola I. Even Salt Spring Island, though it's a bit too suburban for me.
Missoula,MT It is one of the few places where I can walk around downtown and make plenty of friends just by saying hi
