Hippy College?

VCU is a pretty hippy friendly school, also was ranked as the 4th best art school in the country by these guys, http://grad-schools.usnews.rankings...aduate-schools/top-fine-arts-schools/rankings

but only come here if you can deal with large amounts of hipsters, PBR, and fixed gears....

 

Reed College, in Oregon, has always been a hippie school. It is probably expensive though. Some place in Oregon or Washington would probably be best. That one college in Humboldt sounds good.
