Food's alright, and the girls aren't wearing much. But I haven't gone since I was back home. Back there my friend would hook me up with food every now and then though. It was a great place to chill and drink and hope for free wings.

I imagine there is a clause in the forms that they sign when they are hired that agrees to do certain things for promotion. That also would include dress code for the restaurant and other promotional things. Hooters has been around for a while. They understand legalities. Anyone who works there knows they are being hired for their body. The smart ones do not care and just smile and collect their good tips. It is about money. This lawsuit would not fly in the USA.
Actually, no. They don't have certain dress codes for promotional days in their "contract". That is why a woman in BC was fired from her job when she showed up to work in her regular outfit and not a bikini.

Well I find that surprising. If that is the case she should make some good money on the lawsuit. I would have thought they would have been smarter than that. Sounds like a local manager did not have it together. He will be working somewhere else soon. Still girls know it is their bodies that get them the jobs there. But if they did not cover their ass legally I hope the girl wins a mint.
