I've had a bit of problem with the age limit thing since I joined actually, firstly about the fact that I am a cannabis user. The site where I sprung from had a very strict 18+ age policy specifically because it didn't want to be seen to encourage children to take "harmful drugs". I kind of agree with that policy, but at the same time I think it is better than younger people know the facts about it, the real fact as opposed to the bullshit.

If it is there on the internet, it is there for kids to see. A few years ago I had to use my local library in Scotland for internet, and there was usually a bunch of kids there playing war quest or something, and also annoying the shit out of me by talking too much. One time I turned round after hearing them chuckling to one another, and they were all looking at some dodgy porn site about watersports.

Apparently they are going to introduce some xxx thing instead of www for porn sites making it easier for places to block this kind of thing.

I might have a word with the captain about this shit before becoming a supporting member actually, I agree that something needs to sorted out on this front. I'm going for a year in the first instance, I don't really feel like becoming a life supporter what with all this dodgy shit I feel that at any minute it's going to get pulled down. I want to support it because otherwise it supports and offer freedom of ideas, but it has to be monitored better.
