Apparently two guys in a flat in london, foreign students, got killed in recently. Some guys broke into their house and robbed the place, then they came back a week later, tied them to chairs and stabbed them more than 200 times to death, sort of like in a Tarantino movie.

I didn't read most of this thread because the rasta's posts are unbearable, but... I think that some of the essence of free speech is within those smutty forums. I cannot stand the Love & Sex forum. I never go in there. It's full of perverts and pedophiles.

Yet, hell... at least they have a place where they can express themselves openly without censorship. It's a good place for younger kids to ask sexual questions that they can't ask at home, and so on. I don't think that it should be closed or those threads deleted just because they don't please you in one way or another.

I especially don't think that this forum should be regulated or have an age limit on it. I am annoyed by the teens on this forum as much as anyone, but I think that there's a lot for them to learn from it at the same time. I first came here as a teen and I can easily say that this forum has made me a better and more informed person.

 

I'm not annoyed by the teens here, I think it is good that they can discuss things like sex and drugs openly with adults on the internet without any censorship or bullshit. I want to know what the up and coming new generation of people are thinking, but not being a parent or a teacher I find myself somewhat isolated form them. There has to some sort of moderation going on though, and perhaps a line drawn that I can see and judge where my toes are in respect of it.

I was being kinda flippant here, but a lot of it worries me and there does not seem to be as much of a line drawn as is with other areas of this forum.
I could be wrong though.
I'm just going on the endless amount of somewhat inapropriate threads that I see, on a daily basis.
Regardless what I think, I do hope somebody is keeping a good eye on that forum.
